Shipping policy
All orders placed with Essential 4x4 will receive an email confirmation and tracking number.
Once the tracking number has been issued, you (the customer) can track updates and follow up any issues with the freight company directly. We are happy to assist with any issues wherever possible, please feel free to email info@essential4x4.com.au with your order details so that we can follow up.
Most of our parcels are delivered by AusPost within 7 days*.
Due to the high demand and shipping delays, some orders may be dispatched directly from the supplier to ensure your product arrives as quick as possible. Alternative shipping companies may be used but you will still receive a tracking number to receive updates.
